The work consists of developing plans and specifications for a new fire alarm system for the Hoctor Building and new heating and cooling systems for both the Hoctor and Blair buildings. Included is incidental architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing modifications necessary to accommodate the new fire alarm and heating and cooling systems.
