 The Richardson Engineering Group, Inc. designed the HVAC renovation for this elementary school built in 1910. Some of the challenges facing the design team were to maintain architectural features, install equpment in a limited space, and deal with existing conditions, as well as adherence to the schedule, the budget and energy efficiency considerations.
The project consisted of a new HVAC system, electrical service up-grade, lighting upgrades, modifications to existing fire alarm system, sprinklers, and plumbing. |
