 Design was provided for a new single-story laboratory that included multiple NMR's and extensive support equipment.
Special systems included maintaining room temperature of +/- 1 degree, air evacuation system as a safety precaution in case of an NMR quenching, medical grade compressed air and filtered electrical power. The new facility required plumbing and electrical systems to be designed around the NMR gauss spheres.
A Pre-Action fire protection system was designed to compensate for the gauss spheres. |
